QUALITY CONTROL

Each factory of Thornova adopts fully automated production lines with the same equipment as Tier 1 suppliers.

During manufacturing, we run triple EL (electroluminescence) testing to better detect any hidden micro-cracks in each panel. Additionally, every Thornova panel undergoes VDE testing, Triple IEC testing, ammonia testing, sandblasting, UV testing, and PID testing to ensure the highest quality.
