2024 ESG Highlights:
Environmental:

- We reduced our Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 21% overall and 52% per MW produced, thanks to intelligent energy management and equipment upgrades.
- Total waste emissions dropped by 21%, supported by reusable packaging and pallets.
- Purchased electricity per MW fell by another 4%, continuing our strong efficiency gains from 2022–2023.

Social:

-We increased the female workforce ratio to 47% and promoted diversity through workplace campaigns.
-We launched supplier training programs on social responsibility and ethics and ensured full social security coverage for employees at our new factory in Indonesia, including compliance checks for local partners.

Governance:

- In 2024, we conducted comprehensive internal audits of our ISO and IEC management systems and ran a cybersecurity emergency drill to enhance IT readiness.
- We also increased R&D spending to nearly 4% of our revenue, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and compliance.
