We are regret to hear about the financial difficulties and reported insolvency of Sunnova, But we have to clarify that Sunova Solar / Thornova Solar is in no way affiliated with the U.S.-bas ed company Sunnova Energy International Inc.

Please note that the trademark dispute litigation case between Sunnova Energy and Sunova Solar was resolved in October 2024. To prevent market confusion, Sunova Solar has transitioned to the Thornova brand in certain regions worldwide.

Sunova Solar / Thornova Solar remains fully operational, financially stable, and committed to delivering the highest standards in product quality, reliability, and service. We continue to be a dependable partner—even in challenging market conditions.
